  I have become a regular at your location on I-10 and College St in Beaumont, TX. The entire staff at this location are top shelf. Very cool under pressure. I've had management positions in the military, retail and restaurants. I recently took a semi retired position driving a stuffy old armored truck. I needed a boost and when my partner stopped for his morning coffee I decided to give it a try. I explained to the young man I did not like the taste of coffee but I needed something strong. His name is Chris. He hooked me up with something both strong and tasty. This young man is an exceptional customer service representative. He remembers all the regulars names and orders. It is reciprocal. The customers seek him out to wish him good morning. I would also like to point out another employee with exceptional customer service skills. Her name is Kelsey. If time permits she will have my coffee ready before I make it to the register. I'm not sure what her secret is but it always taste better when she makes it. The great smile and friendly personality most likely help. The entire crew is very friendly and professional. The manager is obviously a good recruiter. This store gets very busy and hectic and this crew has always been professional. I wanted to acknowledge these two exceptional employees. I've become a regular for many more reasons than coffee. I am certain if I came out of retirement I would recruit them. Thank you.

  Great drinks, no one greeted me. I had to tell them I had a mobile order. They were not very busy. Smile more! Ordered a drink at night through the app tonight, and I am not sure this place rocks it out on Friday nights like they do on weekday days. They were dead and I arrived and still had to wait on drink.

  Excellent coffee, great service and clean facility. I spent about 45 minutes in this Starbucks and drank my coffee and watched people come through. The staff handled a large volume of people fairly quickly. I was pretty impressed overall with this Starbucks.

  The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff was more interested in giggling and gossiping to get our order right. Wouldn't recommend this location.

  Ashton is the best Barista! She knows her flavors! Great service!
  
  They go out of their way to provide Great assistance. I tried a new flavor and didn't enjoy, Ashton knew exactly what flavor i was craving! I really missed the butter scotch that was seasonal, and she recommended the white toffee!
